Sue Hendrickson is a managing director at Reilly Partners with over ten-years of search expertise in Consumer Markets. She has led search assignments for private equity, founder-led and public companies in all functional areas. She has concentrated experience in marketing services, brand management, digital and direct marketing, insights and advertising for retail, consumer, business professional services, financial services and industrial based companies.

Prior to joining Reilly Partners, Sue was a principal at Heidrick & Struggles a leading global, retained executive search firm for over eight-years as a member of the Consumer, Private Equity and Marketing, Sales and Strategy Officer practices. Prior to executive search, she served in human resources functions as the human resources director for Grant Thornton, LLP, a Chicago based public accounting and consulting firm. Sue has also been an assistant vice president in Human Resources at Heller Financial, where she supported the real estate, corporate finance and business credit divisions specializing in senior level recruitment-selection and assessment.

Concentrating on recruiting and people strategy implementation, Ms. Hendrickson has had experience both as a search professional and in corporate recruiting managing a variety of senior level search projects. Additionally, she is certified by Developmental Dimensions Institute in Targeted Selection-behavioral based interviewing, Management Coaching and Change as Unusual programs.

She is also a member of the Art Institute of Chicago, Evening Associates Board of Directors and a community volunteer for, The Enterprising Kitchen. Sue received her B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
