Jaxon Reilly serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Inc. He is involved with the business development, client relationship management, and offer negotiation of all searches.

Jaxon’s functional expertise is broad and includes back office operations (new business administration, support staff, technology, customer service, HR, legal and compliance); finance (accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and financial analysts); marketing and sales. Jaxon’s expertise has been built over the years by successfully executing multiple assignments for some of the top financial services, advertising, technology, and insurance companies in the industry.

Jaxon has previous executive recruiting experience for the fifth largest executive recruiting firm in the country. Jaxon has worked in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

He graduated from New York University with a BA in Political Science.
