Chief Administrative Officer
Karen serves as Chief Administrative Officer in the firm’s Chicago office. In this role, Karen manages all Finance, Human Resource and Administrative functions for the firm. At the same time, she serves as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the company.
Prior to joining Reilly Partners, Karen was Executive Assistant to the President of the nation’s fifth largest executive search firm. Karen has previous management experience in the retail industry.
Karen earned her BA in Communications with a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago.
