Doug serves as an Associate with Reilly Partners, joining the team in 2014. In this role he operates as a project manager for the search process. Including identifying, contacting, and qualifying candidates.
Doug’s responsibilities also include industry and competitor research, presentation development, determination of critical needs, and identification of target impact areas. He engages in business -to – business relationship maintenance with start-up and Fortune 1000 clients, servicing the Insurance, Consumer Goods, Health Care, and Private Equity verticals, among others. Doug works closely with the Managing Directors to organize internal research resources and coordinate best course of action for external, client-facing agendas.
Prior to joining Reilly Partners, Doug worked at Bosch Power Tools as Organizational Development/Training & Development support specialist. In order to support business efforts, Doug coordinated all international and domestic employee training at Corporate HQ in Mt. Prospect, IL. Managing and analyzing employee recognition data, and compared overall customer satisfaction data year-to-year, while leading efforts in culture reform. Doug has also worked as a contractor with I/O Solutions, assessing standardized testing for public safety departments nationwide.
Doug earned his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2013 from Elmhurst College, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2011 from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Doug is a Marine Corps Purple Heart veteran, having served two tours as a part of OEF/OIF between 2003 – 2004. Doug volunteers his time with the Wounded Warrior Project, Special Olympics, and Toys-for-Tots.
