Virginia serves as an Associate in the firm’s Chicago office.
Virginia joined Reilly Partners in late 2009. As an associate, she conducts all research functions for her own searches.
Virginia comes to Reilly Partners with a background in Social Work. She earned a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006. During her internship period, she worked as an individual and group therapist at the university’s student mental health center.
Virginia began her higher education at The College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio. She earned a B.A. in Sociology, and graduated with Honors in 2004. During her college career, she was a member of Wooster’s varsity volleyball team.
