Jaxon serves as Managing Director for Reilly Partners. Mr. Reilly brings more than 15 years of experience in search and has led prominent recruiting engagements across a diverse array of industries and geographies. He works with clients to successfully manage search assignments in the manufacturing, private equity, sports, and technology industries. Jaxon’s expertise includes executive search, assessment, industry and competitor research, strategy execution, organizational design and succession management. He engages in business-to-business relationship maintenance with both start-up and Fortune 1000 clients.
Prior, Jaxon served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Inc., the contingency search division of Reilly Partners. In this role he was involved in the client development, client relationship management, and offer negotiation of all searches. While at Talent Acquisition, Inc., Jaxon performed full cycle recruitment for existing and new clients in multiple industries and functions including: advertising, human resources, financial services, manufacturing, sales, and technology. Jaxon currently sits on the Advisory Board for Mott 50 clothing. Mott 50 is the leader in fashionable sun protective apparel and every garment has a certified UPF 50 rating.
Jaxon graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He also earned his MSHR from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business and his MBA from the University of Notre Dames Mendoza College of Business. Jaxon is married with three children.
