Lilly joined Reilly Partners in 2025 and is currently a Research Associate. Lilly manages the search process as a project manager in this capacity, which includes finding, getting in touch with, and screening applicants.

Identifying target impact regions, determining important needs, developing presentations, and researching the industry and competitors are all part of Lilly’s duties. In addition to serving the food and beverage, insurance, private equity, and sports verticals, she maintains business-to-business relationships with start-ups and Fortune 1000 customers. Lilly collaborates closely with the Managing Directors to plan the best course of action for external, client-facing agendas, find the best candidates, and organize internal research resources.

Lilly graduated from DePaul University on the Dean’s List, where she studied communications and biology and a minor in hospitality and leadership. At DePaul, she was involved with the Black Student Union (BSU) and enjoyed volunteering at the Humane Society of Chicago. In her free time, Lilly enjoys going to the movies and watching live theater, spending time with family and friends, and practicing asana yoga.
